Shaking session

Lean business transformation with The Hero Plan

Challenges

Thanks to CIONET, the biggest CIOs community in Europe, Salesforce organised a shaking session for the most important CIOs of multi sector companies. The session called AFTER DREAMFORCE was introduced by:
  • Jose Manuel Inchausti, CEO Mapfre Iberia.
  • Enrique Polo de Lara, Spain Country Leader & Regional Vice President en Salesforce.
  • Daniel Vecino, The Hero Plan creator and author.
The main challenge of the session was to transmit attendees in a lean and efficient way the importance of executing a business transformation process before every digital transformation one. A business transformation based on this formula:
