The Hero Plan

A three acts and eleven steps adventure that will bring you to find the Grail needed to save the Innocent in danger.

1. THE CALL

  • YOUR WORLD
    You will discover and ground potential challenges.
  • THE CALL TO ADVENTURE
    You will choose the right challenges to attack and the team members.
  • MEETING THE MENTOR
    You will develop your competences in lean strategy, business models, innovation and neuromarketing thanks to The Hero Plan.
  • CROSSING THE THRESHOLD
    You will discover the rules and goals of The Fighting Territory.

2. THE SEARCH

  • THE GOAL
    You will define the Mission Goals choosing the Innocent in danger (customer) and discovering his/her true needs.
  • THE PLAN
    You will find the Grail to save the Innocent in danger, i.e. the focused different, memorable and viable proposal to overcome each challenge.
  • THE BIG JUMP
    You will find out if the Grail is the right one testing it with true customers.
  • THE REWARD
    You will get the right Grail after finishing the validation.

3. THE RETURN

  • THE ROAD BACK
    You will translate everything you have learnt into measurable, tangible and true information.
  • THE FINAL TEST
    You will present to the Guardians the right proposal to overcome the challenge. Always in a memorable way.
  • THE RETURN OF THE GRAIL
    You will share what you have learnt with the rest of the company.
    You will give the proposal to a new team to make it real.
