BRICOCENTER: executive innovation programme

BRICOCENTER is the largest chain of local DIY stores in Italy with a network of 67 stores throughout the country.

BRICOCENTER likes to simplify the lives of their customers by virtue of their nearby locations, product ranges offering all the essentials along with qualified, versatile teams based locally and able to relate to customers and offer appropriate advice.

The local stores save customers time, make shopping easy and deliver quality of service becuase they are practical and conveniently located.

Now BRICOCENTER is in an huge transformation in terms of organization and strategy and need to shake the top management to find the best way to continue to growth and increase market share in Italy.

As a consequence, WAKIGAMI presents an executive innovation programme to be scheduled on six (6) days during three (3) amazing sessions, built on three main pillars:

  1. Design and test new proposals against true challenges of the company turning raw ideas into true, viable and sustainable solutions.
  2. Facilitate the active collaboration of managers of the whole organization setting a common language.
  3. Measure the success or failure of the proposals using empirical data.

Bricocenter & WAKIGAMI by TheHeroPlan

We will fight together through a programme based on The Hero Plan, a gamified and lean journey to design and validate killer proposals.
